She is the founder and CEO of Incapable Bondage T.H.R.I.V.E., a nonprofit organization committed to breaking generational cycles of trauma, abandonment, domestic violence, and mental health struggles. A survivor of childhood abandonment, molestation, and intimate partner abuse, Katrina now uses her voice and platform to help others heal out loud.

Through advocacy, education, and trauma-informed support, Katrina empowers youth, women, and families to reclaim their stories, restore their self-worth, and walk boldly in their purpose. Her motto, “Healing is a process that takes reliving what has hurt you in order to walk in your purpose,” is not just a phrase—it’s a way of life.

Teneshia Spencer is the Executive Assistant & Project Manager to the CEO and Managing Partner of Bernard Robinson & Company, one of North Carolina’s leading CPA firms.

She is also the founder of T. Spencer Enterprise, where she provides professional tax preparation services, startup business planning and creation support, and licensed life insurance solutions.

With her blend of executive leadership experience, project management skills, and financial expertise, Teneshia is passionate about helping individuals and small businesses build a strong financial foundation.
She is currently pursuing her CPA license and is dedicated to making financial literacy and tax knowledge more accessible to the community.

Najah Presley is a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Addictions and Mental Health Therapist and Certified Trauma Specialist, Najah has built her career around supporting those living with dual diagnoses, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

She is the Co-Owner of Open Arms Treatment, an outpatient practice she has been leading alongside her husband since 2009. At Open Arms, Najah provides individual and group therapy, supervises graduate interns, and fosters a trauma-informed, healing-centered approach to care.
 
Najah is especially attuned to the unique work-life balance challenges faced by the individuals she serves many of whom are managing the demands of recovery, parenting, employment, and unresolved trauma all at once. Her approach offers both practical tools and emotional support to help clients restore stability, build resilience, and prioritize their own wellness.
 
Her work is deeply rooted in the belief that healing begins with safety, compassion, and connection a value that guides both her clinical practice and leadership. With a calm presence and a wealth of expertise, she empowers clients to reclaim their stories and rewrite their paths toward lasting change.

Tammy Lee Rose is a mindset mentor and digital entrepreneur passionate about helping women step into the greatest version of themselves. 

Her journey began as a mom searching for a better life, exploring different opportunities in the online space before building a travel and lifestyle membership business with MWR Life.

Along the way, she discovered the transformative power of mindset, studying with thought leaders such as Bob Proctor, Neville Goddard, and Kathleen Cameron.

And in 2025, I launched Red Rose Trucking, carrying that same mission into the business world.

Meet Joy Parms— a woman who wears many many hats with grace! She’s a retired hairstylist of 24 years, was a lab technician for 3 years,  and has over 15 years of experience in customer service, quality control and healthcare. She’s also a wife of 8 years, a mom of three, and a grandmother of the most adorable three children, all while running her own home-based baking business for the past four to five years.

But her story doesn’t stop there — Joy is also a worship leader and prophetic intercessor, passionate about faith, purpose, and helping others grow as she grows her self . From behind the salon chair to the prayer room to the kitchen, she brings heart, humor, harmony, and healing to every space she touches; by THE GRACE OF GOD.

Dr. Lori Taylor

Dr. Lori Taylor, a licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist since 1997, is currently an Associate Professor and the Program Director of the Respiratory Therapy program in the Division of Nursing and Allied Health/Respiratory Therapy Department. at the University of the District of Columbia Community College.

She is a graduate of the University of the District of Columbia with an associate degree in Applied Science in Respiratory Therapy, she holds a bachelor’s from Washington Adventist University (Columbia Union College) with a degree in Healthcare Administration, a master’s degree in Postsecondary & Adult Education from Capella University, and her Doctoral degree in Postsecondary and Adult Education from Capella University.

Previously, Dr. Taylor served at the MedStar Washington Hospital Center as a critical care therapist in the Surgical ICU and the Burn Unit. As a licensed respiratory therapist, she severed six years as the Project Director for the former American Lung Association of the District of Columbia (now Breathe DC) where she was responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of asthma education programs in the District of Columbia Public Schools. Dr. Taylor recently rejoined Breathe DC in October 2019 as the Program Director of Education and Health Services. She was responsible for the oversight and implementation of health education programs such as Healthy Lifestyle Presentations, Asthma Home Visits, and the coordination of asthma camps for children ages 8-12 who suffer with asthma. In January 2023 she became the CEO of Breathe DC where she carries out the mission to ensure that every breath counts by promoting healthy lifestyles and preventing lung disease, through advocacy, education, and program services, especially in communities affected by health disparities. Her primary goal is to serve the community at large by educating children, adults, and the aging population about the importance of lung health and wellness.

Founded in 1941 by Gregory Ivy, the first chairperson of the Art Department at Woman’s College (now UNC Greensboro), the Weatherspoon Art Museum has grown from a university teaching gallery to a fully professional institution that is nationally recognized for its excellent collections,

dynamic exhibition program, and exceptional teaching and learning. The museum serves a broad audience of approximately 36,000 visitors annually, including UNCG students, faculty, and staff; the Piedmont Triad communities; and visitors from across the state, region, and nation. The museum was accredited by the American Association of Museums in 1995 and earned reaccreditation status in 2005 and 2015. Since its inception, the Weatherspoon has focused on building a collection of modern and contemporary art that is one of the best in the Southeast. Numbering nearly 7,000 works, the collection represents all major art movements from the beginning of the 20th century to the present. Matisse, Willem de Kooning, Eva Hesse, Cindy Sherman, Andy Warhol, are just a few of the major artists represented. Other highlights include the Dillard Collection of Art on Paper, the Etta and Claribel Cone Collection, and the Lenoir C. Wright Collection of Japanese Prints. The Weatherspoon’s exhibitions offer visitors the opportunity to see and learn directly from significant examples of modern and contemporary art

Jennifer Tuttle Gentle

Jennifer was born August 30, 1961, in Winston-Salem, NC to Don and Parmalee Tuttle. Raised in a Christian home with her three brothers, she started singing with them at a very early age. Jennifer sang with her family, “The Singing Tuttle Family,” traveling on a bus across many states and several countries, singing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She sang with her parents until the age of 52.

Jennifer was employed at Piedmont Airlines when she met her husband, Randall Gentle. They were married for 27 years until his sudden death from a heart attack in 2015. They have four talented children, Caleb, Rachael, Gabriel, and Hannah. They have one Son in-Love, Tres Ward who is married to Rachael.

Jennifer is a 1981 graduate of Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs, GA. She was a member of The Emmanuel Singers, blessed to travel and sing in many churches across the States. She was in the Miss Emmanuel Pageant for two years. She won First Runner Up in the Pageant in 1980

March Ferguson

March Ferguson Jr., a native of Barberton, Ohio is the son of Barbara and March Ferguson Sr. He comes from a large family, the second oldest with four brothers and three sisters. March graduated from the Barberton Public School system in 1980 being active in all sports and several clubs. He furthered his education, graduating from the University of Akron, with a business degree and then went on to Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, where he received the honors of the Dean’s List and the Arthur Russler Award for the top embalmer.

He has been a dedicated licensed funeral director and embalmer with Rhoden Memorial Home for over 26 years.  A family-owned business where he was reared and nurtured under the tutelage of his late uncle Albert Rhoden, working alongside his cousins, Tarea, Tron, and Iyanna. 

March’s compassion and devotion to serving in the bereavement industry has been a blessing to countless families in the community. 

March has been married to his beautiful wife Neadra for over thirty five years, they have two children, Marcus and Amber and two grandsons who are the apple of his eye, Chauncey and Manny affectionately known as “Be-Little”.

Fleshia W. Smalls is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of
experience in mental health and social services. Practicing in both North Carolina, South
Carolina and Virginia, she is dedicated to making therapy compassionate, effective, and
accessible for individuals, couples, and families, whether in person or virtually

Her mission is rooted in connection. For Fleshia, helping others isn’t just a profession, it is
a calling. Throughout her career, she has walked alongside children, adolescents, adults,
couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges, fostering resilience, confidence,
and hope along the way.

In addition to private practice, Fleshia serves as a Mental Health Clinician with Guilford
County Schools, where she provides direct therapy, crisis intervention, and training to
students, staff, and families. Previously, she worked extensively as a school social worker,
case manager, and program lead, building expertise in counseling, trauma-informed care,
and community advocacy. She has also supervised multidisciplinary teams and guided
programs supporting adoption, foster care, HIV-affected families, and individuals with
complex clinical needs.

Fleshia’s therapeutic approach blends evidence-based practices with empathy, cultural
sensitivity, and real-world perspective. She believes therapy should not only be a safe
space, but also a catalyst for meaningful change, helping people uncover new strengths
and possibilities they may not have realized within themselves.
Her lifelong commitment to advocacy has earned her recognition, including the Debby
Reynolds Award for exceptional service to children. Above all, Fleshia is passionate about
creating spaces where people feel heard, supported, and empowered on their journey to
healing
